Gee, it looks pretty good now....
Once again, the object was pretty casual; make it look better!
Notice all the pipes, I'll need to find some common heights in order to box them in.
The ceiling height was pretty decent, I had to be really carefull not to create any areas that were head-banging height.
On the left of the picture you have the laundry room entrance, which I was going to keep, but this area needed better functionability.
From inside the bathroom, connecting the planes from tight against pipes to adjoining surfaces.
Angles, angles and yet, more angles...
Much of what you can't see are all the pipes from the ceiling going everywhere and many that will need easy access to after construction.
The folding table (pictured above right) was one of the first pieces of furniture the owners bought as a couple, they said throw it away, I said....
I tried to keep the ceiling height as high as possible, but I had to sacrifice a casement window pane for the dryer vent, small price overall.
Wide plank flooring (with a removable square to access trap) customized t.p. holder, winner of the coveted TPH award for excellence in design.
Nothing fancy, just utilitarian. The floor is cement with an epoxy resin coating with little flakes of black and white chips in it.
